Watches from 2006 tend to be well specified: sapphire crystal, screw down crown, decent water resistance and a movement that will run for years with routine servicing.

They are also cheap relative to how good they are, because they are not yet old enough to be collectable and not new enough to be current. That gap is where the value sits.
