Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of goods from London Watch Market ('we', 'us', 'our'). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Our contract with you
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order and accept payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if, for example, a pricing error is identified.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via fully insured, tracked courier. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. International shipping is included in the price shown, tracked and fully insured, typically arriving in 5–10 business days. US orders are sent with import duties paid by us, so nothing is payable on delivery; orders to Australia (under AU$1,000), New Zealand (under NZ$1,000), Singapore (under S$400) and Hong Kong attract no import charges; orders to other destinations are sent DAP, with import duties and taxes payable by the recipient on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for any reason. The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return postage is at your expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
Condition and authenticity
Every watch we sell has been personally inspected for authenticity. Condition is described as accurately as possible, with photographs of any wear or imperfections. If a watch is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
