“I ordered the watch a few weeks ago. It was shipped super fast, but there were minor problems with German customs. I had to pay a small import duty. In the meantime, I received excellent support from the seller. The customer service is very good and accommodating. For the small inconvenience and the delay due to customs, I was promised a generous discount on my next order. The watch is simply beautiful, it's exactly as shown in the pictures and described. I can recommend the shop to everyone. They stand behind their product and their good service. Always happy to shop there again!”

“Lovely watch and in good condition. There was some confusion re listing- it was described as having a “moonphase style design”, but in fact it was an imitation / mock moonphase watch and did not have moving parts. I felt this could have been made clearer. Seller was annoyed at my interpretation. On the plus side, seller was willing to accept a return.”
