Shipping & delivery.

All UK orders ship free, fully tracked, via Royal Mail. Orders over £300 are upgraded to Special Delivery Guaranteed: insured to full value and guaranteed next working day once dispatched. We dispatch within one to two business days of payment clearing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Worldwide shipping is included in the price shown, so you will never pay a separate postage charge. Every international order is sent fully tracked, signed for, and fully insured, using the service best suited to the destination.

Estimated delivery for international orders is five to ten business days depending on destination. Customs processing can add to this, and we will always help you chase a parcel that is held.

Orders to the United States are sent with import duties paid by us at the time of posting. The price you see is the full price: there is nothing to pay on delivery, no customs bill, and no courier handling fee. Your parcel clears customs before it reaches you.

Australian orders under AU$1,000 and New Zealand orders under NZ$1,000 attract no import duty or GST at the border, so the price you see is the full price. Singapore grants GST relief on orders under S$400 including shipping value; above that, 9% GST is payable on delivery. Hong Kong is a free port and charges no import duty or tax on watches at any value.

For the small number of orders above these thresholds, duties and taxes are set by and payable to your customs authority on delivery.

Orders to the EU, Canada and the rest of the world are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties and taxes, where applicable, are set by and payable to your country's customs authority on delivery. As a guide, EU buyers typically pay import VAT at their country's standard rate plus a small handling fee. These charges are not collected by us and are not included in our prices.

Every watch is individually wrapped in protective tissue, placed in a padded box, and sealed inside a plain outer carton. There is no visible branding on the outside of the parcel, which is deliberate, for security. The packaging is sturdy enough to protect the watch in transit without being excessive.

Every shipment is fully insured to its declared sale value. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed or shows unusual tracking activity, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, are dispatched on the next business day.

During busy periods, particularly around Christmas, dispatch may take up to two business days. We will always communicate any delays by email.

We offer a 14-day returns window on all purchases. If the watch is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the return.
