Shipping & delivery

Free UK delivery

All UK orders ship free via Royal Mail Special Delivery — fully tracked, signed for, and guaranteed next-day once dispatched. We dispatch within one to two business days of payment clearing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

International shipping

Worldwide tracked shipping is included in the price shown at checkout. London Watch Market uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing, which means the price displayed is fully all-inclusive — there are no surprise customs charges, import duties, or taxes waiting for you on delivery. What you pay is what you pay.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are three to seven business days depending on destination. Parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL for higher-value orders.

Packaging

Every watch is individually wrapped in protective tissue, placed in a padded box, and sealed inside a plain outer carton. There is no visible branding on the outside of the parcel — deliberate, for security. The packaging is sturdy enough to protect the watch in transit without being excessive.

Insurance & tracking

Every shipment is fully insured to its declared sale value. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order is dispatched. If your parcel is delayed or shows unusual tracking activity, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, are dispatched on the next business day.

During busy periods — particularly around Christmas — dispatch may take up to two business days. We will always communicate any delays by email.

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns window on all purchases. If the watch is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the return. Full details are in our returns policy.
