Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep your session active, and understand how people use the site.
Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They manage your shopping basket, maintain your session, and remember your cookie preferences. You cannot opt out of essential cookies, because without them the site cannot work properly.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. This data is anonymised and aggregated, so we cannot identify you personally from it. Analytics cookies help us improve the site over time. You can opt out of analytics cookies when you first visit the site, or by updating your preferences.
Marketing and third-party cookies
We use advertising cookies from Google (Google Ads) and Meta to measure whether our adverts lead to visits and orders, and to show our adverts to people who have visited the site. When you place an order, your email address may be shared with Google in hashed (scrambled) form so it can match the order to an advert you clicked. These cookies are only set, and your email is only shared, if you choose "Accept all". If you choose "Essential only", Google may still receive a signal without cookies that a page was viewed or an order was placed, with no cookie set on your device and no personal details attached.
Managing your preferences
When you first visit our site, you will be asked to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.
