Shop policies

Processing time & shipping

All orders are dispatched within one to two business days of cleared payment. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Free shipping is included on all UK and international orders — no minimum spend.

All shipments are fully insured to their declared value. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are happy to redeliver — a shipping fee will apply for the second dispatch.

Customs & import taxes

London Watch Market uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing. The price shown at checkout is all-inclusive for every destination worldwide — no additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees are charged on delivery. If a parcel is refused or returned due to customs complications outside our control, a redelivery fee will apply.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

We offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery. The watch must be returned unworn and in the same condition as sent. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described — in those cases, London Watch Market covers all return costs.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + 30p per transaction) are charged by Stripe and are non-refundable, as they are not returned to us when a refund is made.

Product condition

Every item is shipped as described and photographed in the listing. Vintage pieces may show age-appropriate wear — this is always detailed honestly in the listing description and visible in the photographs. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, modifications, or mishandling after delivery.

Authenticity
