All orders are dispatched within one to two business days of cleared payment. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Free shipping is included on all UK and international orders, with no minimum spend.

All shipments are fully insured to their declared value. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are happy to redeliver, though a shipping fee will apply for the second dispatch.

Tracked and fully insured shipping is included in the price shown for every destination. US orders are sent with import duties paid by us at the time of posting, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Australian orders under AU$1,000, New Zealand orders under NZ$1,000 and Singapore orders under S$400 attract no import charges at the border, and Hong Kong charges no duty or tax on watches. Orders to all other destinations are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties and taxes, where applicable, are set by and payable to the destination country's customs authority on delivery, and are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, the cost of return shipping and any charges levied on the return will be deducted from the refund.

We offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery. The watch must be returned unworn and in the same condition as sent. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. In those cases, London Watch Market covers all return costs.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + 30p per transaction) are charged by Stripe and are non-refundable, as they are not returned to us when a refund is made.

Every item is shipped as described and photographed in the listing. Vintage pieces may show age-appropriate wear, and this is always detailed honestly in the listing description and visible in the photographs. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, modifications, or mishandling after delivery.

Every watch sold by London Watch Market is 100% authentic. We never sell fakes, replicas, or items that have been misrepresented in any way. Each piece is personally inspected before listing.
