Contact us first
Email sales@londonwatchmarket.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. We'll confirm the return and provide the returns address and packing guidance.
Pack and post
Wrap the watch as it arrived — ideally in the original packaging. Use a fully tracked, insured service (Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. No deductions, no admin fees.

14-day window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any watch for any reason. You do not need to give a reason — if it is not right for you, we will take it back.
Condition on return
The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original accessories included — box, papers, additional straps — if these were part of the sale. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the watch has been worn beyond inspection or damaged after receipt.
Return postage
Return postage is at your expense for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured service (Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK returns). If the watch is faulty or significantly not as described, we cover all return postage costs in full.
Faulty or not as described
If a watch arrives faulty or is materially different from its listing, contact us immediately with photographs. We will issue a prepaid return label and refund the full purchase price including any postage costs you incurred. There is no time limit on genuine fault claims.
International returns
International buyers follow the same 14-day window. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please mark the parcel clearly as a return to avoid customs delays, and contact us before sending so we can provide the correct documentation.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Payment is returned to your original payment method. Please allow a further 1–3 business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Your statutory rights
